Valuation+ saw the importance of setting up an AMC that can be trusted and relied upon to do the best quality appraisals possible. Our solid staff of appraisers are knowledgeable with the current market and will work with you to make the process as efficient as possible. Damaun Dowdy (Founder)
With 20 plus years of real estate experience as a real estate investor, property manager, and current owner/Broker for Liftus Realty LLC, and majority stakeholder for Liftus Group LLC /DBA Valuation+ . Damaun Dowdy is passionate about promoting positive community and economic growth within the neighborhood. Through volunteering, mentoring, & sponsorships, Damaun's most satisfying moments occur when empowering others.
Ron Bozick (CEO)
Ron is an accomplished business professional with a proven track record in title and valuation operations, bringing over 25 years of strategic expertise to enhance transaction quality and efficiency. His extensive experience offers a unique 360-degree perspective on operational processes and evolving industry demands.
Ron's past experience with ULSA Appraisal Services in 2008 as AVP of Appraisals Operations, Title Operations, and Panel Management was instrumental in growing Urban Lending Solutions Appraisals into a leading national valuation provider. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and now residing in Atlanta, GA, he values family time with his wife, Eva, and daughters, Taylor and Tyra, and enjoys weekend golfing with friends and clients.
